At MyOutDesk, you'll work directly with a U.S.-based business owner as their right hand. You won't be supporting a department or answering to a queue. You'll have one client, full context on their business, and the autonomy to make things happen. Core Responsibilities

    • Own and triage the executive's inbox — categorize, prioritize, and draft responses so nothing critical falls through
    • Coordinate business workflows across departments, keeping tasks moving and deadlines met
    • Prepare detailed business reports and support payroll coordination with full accuracy and confidentiality
    • Build and maintain SOPs to keep business processes documented, organized, and scalable
    • Anticipate gaps in the executive's schedule or project pipeline and solve them independently
    • Manage logistics for high-priority meetings, travel, and agenda preparation

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of verifiable experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Support, or Administrative professional.
  • Stability: A direct and progressive work history over the last 3 years with no more than 3 different employers.
  • English Proficiency: Clear, professional spoken and written English (C1-C2 level) for internal and vendor communication.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and highly comfortable learning new AI tools for automation.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high transactional load independently.
  • Schedule: Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours.
