PE - Property Operations Coordinator | U.S. Real Estate
Posted 10 days ago
Are you supporting U.S. clients from a BPO or operations role — delivering results every day but still feeling like just another seat in a campaign?
At MyOutDesk, that changes. You'll work directly with a specific U.S.-based client in the real estate sector, building a professional relationship that's built to last. Since 2008, we've placed highly-skilled professionals with over 7,500 clients across real estate, healthcare, legal, and finance. Many of our team members have been with the same client for 2, 3, even 5+ years. This isn't a campaign — it's a career.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. property owners and tenants — professional updates, conflict resolution, and consistent follow-through
- Manage the full maintenance cycle: gather vendor quotes, schedule services, and confirm completion
- Support real estate agents with documentation, lease preparation, and property file compliance
- Track inspections, utility setups, and renewals in tools like Trello or Microsoft Teams until fully resolved
- Build and maintain SOPs for move-in/move-out workflows and recurring processes
- Onboard new tenants and follow up on occupancy and satisfaction
Why MyOutDesk and not another BPO?
- One client, one relationship — your client knows your name
- Long-term placements, not rotating campaigns
- Employment contract and full legal benefits from day one
- Direct exposure to the U.S. real estate ecosystem
- A team that invests in your professional development

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. (preferred)
