Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Security Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and customer‑facing lead for strategic engagements. This role involves pre‑sales support, audit management, and proactive IT Security Management to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and consistent support for key EU customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.

• Build strong relationships with customer security leadership (CISO org), IT, risk/compliance, and engineering teams.

• Lead security governance cadences (monthly/quarterly) including posture reviews, risk discussions, and roadmap alignment.

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environments, threat models, and regulatory requirements.

• Advise on cloud security controls and best practices (IAM/SSO/MFA, encryption, segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management, secure SDLC).

• Collaborate with internal security specialists on advanced topics (crypto/KMS/HSM, workload isolation, data residency, Zero Trust).

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure) and ability to translate architecture into security posture implications.

• Background in security consulting, cloud security architecture, or enterprise risk/GRC in regulated industries.

• Relevant security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, ISO 27001 LI/LA.

• Proven experience handling complex escalations and leading cross‑functional teams in matrixed organizations.

• Familiarity with customer security assurance processes (audit requests, pen test coordination, attestations).

ملخص الوظيفة: نبحث عن مدير أمن معلومات يتمتع بخبرة قوية في الأمن السيبراني وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال، لقيادة وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الأمن وحماية البنية التحتية التقنية للمؤسسة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات أمن المعلومات.

• مراقبة الأنظمة والشبكات للكشف عن التهديدات ومعالجتها.

• إدارة الامتثال لمعايير الأمن المحلية والدولية.

• قيادة فرق الأمن وتقديم التوجيه الفني والإداري.

• التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان حماية البيانات والعمليات.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال أمن المعلومات أو الأمن السيبراني.

• معرفة قوية بإدارة المخاطر والامتثال (ISO 27001، NCA، وغيرها).

• مهارات قيادية واتخاذ القرار.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.

• الاستعداد للعمل في الرياض (مع إمكانية العمل الهجين/عن بُعد حسب الحاجة).
