Are you a high-level operational professional who excels at managing complex relationships and closing "open loops"? MyOutDesk (MOD) is seeking a Bilingual Property Management Operations Specialist to join our team in San Isidro.
This is not a traditional sales role; it is a position for a "Project Finisher" who serves as the vital link between homeowners, tenants, and real estate agents. You will act as a force multiplier for U.S.-based teams, representing owners, coordinating essential services, and ensuring the seamless lifecycle of every property under your care.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary, polished point of contact for U.S. homeowners and tenants, resolving conflicts and providing professional updates.
- Maintenance & Service Coordination: Own the lifecycle of property repairs by gathering vendor quotes, scheduling services, and ensuring 100% completion.
- Agent Support & Closures: Support real estate agents by managing documentation flow, preparing lease agreements for signature, and ensuring all property files are compliant.
- Operational Project Tracking: Monitor inspections, utility setups, and renewals within platforms like Trello or Teams until tasks are fully resolved.
- Systems & SOP Ownership: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for move-in/move-out checklists and other recurring workflows.
- Tenant Relations: Manage the "onboarding" of new tenants and lead follow-ups to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of verifiable professional experience in U.S. Real Estate support, Operations, or Property Management.
- Stability: A direct and progressive work history over the last 3 years with no more than 3 different employers.
- English Mastery: Fluency (C1-C2) with a polished executive-ready voice and exceptional business writing skills.
- Technical Agility: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools; experience with property software (AppFolio, Buildium) is a major plus.
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle high-volume workflows without losing precision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. (preferred)
Benefits
- Financial Stability: Competitive salary with an employment contract from day one + all legal benefits.
- Health First: Comprehensive private health coverage (EPS included).
- Modern Workspace: A collaborative, high-tech office in the heart of San Isidro’s financial district.
- Training: Ongoing coaching in U.S. business etiquette and AI productivity tools.
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to specialize in the high-demand U.S. healthcare and insurance sectors.
