PE - Healthcare Operations Associate
Posted about 1 month ago
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in the U.S. healthcare system? Our team is looking for a Healthcare Operations Associate to work with a U.S.-based healthcare startup focused on helping patients navigate medical practices, providers, and insurance plans.
In this role, you will be a "Project Finisher," ensuring that care coordination tasks are completed efficiently and with empathy. This is primarily a data-gathering role, not a sales position. You will manage outbound campaigns, collaborate with onshore teams, and conduct research to simplify the healthcare experience for patients.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Coordination: Initiate and conduct outbound calls to clinics or healthcare providers following detailed instructions.
- Data Integrity: Collect and accurately enter data gathered during calls into internal databases.
- Task Management: Monitor task queues to ensure timely completion and meet high-quality benchmarks.
- Research & Discovery: Conduct online research on healthcare practices, providers, specialties, and insurance plans.
- Collaboration: Respond promptly to internal communications (Slack) and submit feedback to improve tools and workflows.
- Troubleshooting: Re-try or troubleshoot calls as necessary to meet internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Outbound Expertise: 2+ years in a call center, lead generation, or virtual assistant role—specifically involving outbound calls.
- Stability: A proven track record of professional commitment and long-term stays in previous roles.
- English Mastery: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Digital Literacy: Strong ability to learn new digital tools quickly and maintain high accuracy in data entry.
- U.S. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, including insurance plans and provider specialties.
Benefits
- Financial Stability: Competitive salary with an employment contract from day one + all legal benefits.
- Health First: Comprehensive private health coverage (EPS included).
- Modern Workspace: A collaborative, high-tech office in the heart of San Isidro’s financial district.
- Training: Ongoing coaching in U.S. business etiquette and AI productivity tools.
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to specialize in the high-demand U.S. healthcare and insurance sectors.
Important: Please make sure to upload your resume in English.
