Are you a high-energy professional with a background in U.S. Law? Our team is looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the face and voice of a top personal injury firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for making clients feel comfortable during some of their most difficult moments. We are looking for a professional who can console distressed callers while maintaining the extreme organization required to open legal files and file applications accurately. This position requires a polished professional ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- First Impressions & Screening: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, screening leads to ensure they meet the firm's specific criteria.
- Client Advocacy: Communicate with clients with empathy, obtaining signatures and essential qualifiers while advising distressed callers on the next steps.
- Legal Administration: Open personal injury files and file no-fault applications with 100% accuracy.
- Database Management: Utilize the firm’s case management database consistently and efficiently to track all client interactions.
- Document Flow: Ensure all client information is read, analyzed, and organized according to the firm’s strict confidentiality and filing standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in a related field (Mandatory).
- Legal Experience: 2+ years of verifiable experience specifically within a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
- Knowledge: Complete understanding of how to open personal injury files and file no-fault applications.
- English & Spanish Mastery: Full bilingual fluency. You must be able to console and advise callers in both languages with a professional disposition.
- Stability: A proven track record of reliability; we are looking for partners who can handle a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Availability: Working schedule includes weekends.
