Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models that solve business problems, from data preparation and model training to evaluation, optimization, and production integration. Key Performance Indicators: • Deliver high-impact ML models in production • Improve model accuracy and reduce error rates • Build end-to-end pipelines for training and deployment • Optimize inference latency and resource usage • Maintain robust monitoring and model governance Qualifications: • 10+ years building machine learning systems • Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks • Proven record deploying AI models to production • Expertise in data preprocessing and feature engineering • Experience with MLOps practices and monitoring
