Job Description
Lead Salesforce migration for a Bay Area residential real estate brokerage, coordinating stakeholders and contractors to transition clients to the target platform while maintaining IDX website continuity and minimizing downtime. Key Performance Indicators: • Migrate client off Salesforce with zero critical downtime • Deliver IDX website continuity post-migration • Manage contractor-based user workflows successfully • Complete migration on schedule and within budget • Achieve stakeholder sign-off on migrated systems Qualifications: • Proven project management experience leading platform migrations • Experience migrating clients off Salesforce • Familiarity with IDX websites and real estate web integrations • Experience working with independent contractor users and teams • Experience in Bay Area or similar real estate brokerage environmentsQualifications
