Job Description

Drive retail sales by assisting customers, recommending products, maintaining merchandising standards, processing transactions accurately, and meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Key Performance Indicators: • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets • Convert leads with effective product recommendations • Maintain accurate inventory and merchandising • Ensure fast, error-free checkout processing • Increase repeat customers through service quality Qualifications: • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service • Strong communication and customer-facing skills • Ability to work flexible retail hours • Basic numeracy and POS transaction accuracy • Comfort working with targets and promotions Additional Information: Flexible schedule, Holiday pay, room for growth, pay range $10-15
