Job Description
Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs to improve employee performance and compliance for the organisation. Key Performance Indicators: • Deliver training calendar on schedule • Increase learner completion and satisfaction • Improve competency scores post-training • Ensure compliance training completion • Track training ROI and report insights Qualifications: • Proven experience managing training programs • Strong knowledge of LMS and training delivery • Relevant qualification in HR/Training/Coaching (preferred) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management Additional Information: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30 Company car included In office workingQualifications
