A dynamic and results-driven role within AnyMind Thailand, specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions. The Senior Executive, Business Development is responsible for managing a hybrid portfolio of both advertising/digital agency clients and brand clients (direct client). This position requires a professional who can handle the entire lifecycle of a digital marketing campaign, from new business acquisition and strategic planning to flawless execution, performance monitoring, and business growth, all while ensuring optimal results for our clients

What You'll Do

Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
New client acquisition and upselling to existing clients once understand client's expectation and see business area to grow up
Planning project timelines for assigned digital marketing and influencer marketing campaigns
Connect with clients to fully understand client's expectation and lead team to execute and achieve optimal business results
Understanding each project requirements and execute for optimal business results
Liaise with relevant department to acquire supports for growing client's business and fulfil contract compliances
Monitor campaign performance, look out for potential problems, work on solution to prevent, and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekend)
Consolidate reports and customized accordingly to client's requirement with key findings and meaningful recommendations
Coordinate with third parties to ensure contract compliance

Bachelor’s Degree
Over 3 years of working as Account Executive, Account Management, Business Development or related client-facing role
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital strategy, and advertising/media solutions, with at least a solid basic knowledge base.
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skill
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel)
Good command of English and Thai
IMC campaign experience is a plus
Able to work well under pressure
