YouTube Creator Management Intern will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding high-potential creators within AnyMind network, with a strong focus on Youtube monetization and scalable content strategies. In this role, you will be in touch on Youtube revenue including Youtube Adsense and YouTube Shopping. You will build and maintain a high-performing network of creators (KOLs/KOCs) who generate engaging content views and sales.

What You Will Do

Creator Onboard and Monetization
Drive YouTube revenue targets through creator incubation and monetization with brands.
Recruit high-converting creators (KOCs) at scale for the right mix of creators for each campaign.
Creator Engagement & Operational Excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and brand clients to increase creator commercial value mapping with brand campaigns for the highest client satisfaction.
Ensure smooth internal coordination across regional teams and cross-functions: BD, account, etc., as well as YouTube representatives.

Graduated or final-year students in related majors
Experience in MCN, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Commerce roles.
Curiosity for YouTube and all YouTube programs: YouTube Shopping, YouTube Shorts, and monetization.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication in English and Vietnamese, and relationship-building skills
Existing network content creators within entertainment, lifestyle, music, or commerce are a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality.
Experience in affiliate marketing or the creator-to-commerce model is a plus.

Allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month.
