As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing creator-led marketing campaigns for leading brands. Working closely with clients, creators, and internal stakeholders, you'll help deliver innovative solutions that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand client briefs and develop strategic influencer marketing proposals tailored to campaign objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms in Singapore.
- Source, identify, and cultivate strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across diverse categories.
- Attend client meetings to gather campaign requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful execution aligned with client expectations.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, creator movements, and industry best practices to deliver innovative campaign solutions.
- Support social commerce and livestream initiatives when required to maximise campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, campaign management, reporting, and operational processes.
Who You Are
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Talent Management, Public Relations, or a related field. (Required)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into engaging influencer marketing strategies.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in livestream management, coordination, or production is a plus.
- Familiarity with social commerce platforms and e-commerce campaigns is advantageous.
- Comfortable utilising AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.
