As the Resident Services Coordinator at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will support the daily experience of 800 on-site staff residents. This community-focused role supports housing services, lifestyle programs, and team operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment. With strong leadership and organizational skills, you’ll help deliver on our mission: to provide the best possible living experience for all residents.
Pay Rate: 56,000.00/YR
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:
- Exemplifying a culture of service for all residents on property as the first line of communication the resident experience
- Manage residence office activity including telephone, in-person, and email inquiries.
- Serving as the first point of contact for residents
- Assisting residents with: guest passes, parking passes, resident gym cards, maintenance tickets, roommate concerns, activity registration, arrival and departure processes
- Troubleshooting in all working areas of the department with a positive orientation and leadership mindset
- Coordinating with engineering and other departments in the case of emergencies such as fire or flood; communicating to residents and working with agents to assist flood clean up, or property evacuation
- Participating in administrative tasks related to scheduling and assignment of daily tasks
- Providing accurate data entry to property management system
- Conducting audits of Housing records and property management system
- Overseeing accurate and timely delivery of resident notices
- Key inventory management, issuing, collection and cost recovery
- Room inspection tracking, reporting, and filing
- Maintenance request reporting, tracking, and follow-up
- Fostering positive working relationships with departments across the hotel
- Assisting in managing the unit waitlist and room assignments
- Supporting the management of uniform counter and uniform inventories
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
- Adhering to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Highly empathetic, with strong conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience with large volume customer service inquires, data entry and software administration required
- Valid class 5 license required
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications required. Must be able to comfortably complete data entry with high accuracy
- Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role an asset
- Previous customer service, administration and/or housekeeping experience an asset
- Prior experience in administration of property management or maintenance software an asset
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Occasional physically demanding duties in residence and outdoors: encompassing standing, walking, bending & lifting (25kg)
