Key Responsibilities

- Stay up to date with product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to ensure customers always receive accurate and relevant assistance.
- Uphold compliance standards and data protection protocols in all customer-facing communications and internal processes.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — Norwegian-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this position).
- A solid working proficiency in English to facilitate internal communication and team collaboration.
- Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, helpdesk, or a related customer-facing role is advantageous but not strictly required.
