Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, training, and policy departments to continuously improve content moderation processes.
Participate in regular calibration sessions, team briefings, and ongoing training programmes to stay updated on the latest platform policies and social media industry developments.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, impartiality, and emotional resilience when handling sensitive or distressing content on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

Native or fluent Polish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all candidates must demonstrate a high level of Polish proficiency.
Valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and platform documentation.
Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a related social media industry role is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make accurate, consistent moderation decisions under time pressure.
