Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

Native or fluent proficiency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
A solid working knowledge of English (written and verbal) to facilitate internal communication and documentation within a multicultural workplace.
Previous experience in a Customer Support Services environment, call centre, helpdesk, or client-facing role is highly advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with a genuine commitment to resolving customer needs efficiently and professionally.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office applications with ease.
