Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or services that align with their lifestyle and technology requirements.
Uphold brand values and quality standards at all times, contributing to a positive team culture and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes).
A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology, and digital products, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate complex product information clearly.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset and a natural ability to empathise and problem-solve effectively.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field within a consumer electronics or technology environment is highly advantageous.
