Key Responsibilities

Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure full resolution and a consistently positive customer experience throughout the entire support journey.
Collaborate closely with internal teams — including technical support, sales, and operations — to escalate complex issues and ensure swift, comprehensive solutions for customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing structured feedback on recurring issues, customer pain points, and process inefficiencies to team leaders and management.
Stay fully informed of product updates, policy changes, and service enhancements to ensure advice given to customers is always accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and brand representation in every customer interaction, reinforcing client trust and long-term loyalty.

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all client communication will be conducted in Dutch.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility).
A strong customer service mindset with prior experience in a Customer Support Services, contact centre, or client-facing role highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
A proactive, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage time effectively and perform consistently in a remote working environment.
A good working knowledge of English is an advantage, as it may be used for internal communications and training purposes.
