Job Description
Job Description : We are looking for a Microsoft expert who can combine hands-on development with strong citizen enablement and AI-driven solution design, supporting both Power Platform and Copilot Studio ecosystems.
Experience: 5+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and architectural guidance across the full lifecycle for solutions built on Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Support and enable Citizen Developers, especially in:
- Copilot Studio (AI agents / copilots / conversational solutions)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Act as coach and mentor for the community, promoting best practices, reusable assets, and scalable solutions.
- Drive AI adoption mindset by helping teams design and implement AI-powered use cases (AI agents, copilots, automation scenarios).
- Ensure quality through:
- Solution design alignment
- Code reviews and governance practices
- Defined quality gates
- Support troubleshooting and problem resolution across platform and architecture layers.
- Define and promote standards, guidelines, and governance for Citizen Development.
- Contribute to community building and engagement activities (knowledge sharing sessions, demos, enablement content).
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve services and accelerate adoption.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
- Copilot Studio / conversational AI solutions
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate)
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents / copilots / automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem:
- Azure AI services
- Microsoft 365 / Copilot ecosystem
- Familiarity with AI concepts and prompting techniques (GenAI, LLM-based solutions).
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and platform security for Power Platform.
- Experience with integration scenarios (APIs, connectors, data platforms).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across business and IT teams. Preferred / Plus
- Previous experience in community building, enablement, or training activities.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
