Job Description

  • Lead design-led consulting engagements across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), translating business needs into user-centric solutions.  

  • Facilitate discovery workshops, design thinking sessions, and customer journey mapping to define solution strategies.  

  • Analyze business processes and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with user experience and business value. 

  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and solution designs.  

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including C-level, ensuring alignment between business goals and solution design.  

  • Collaborate with architects and development teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs.  

  • Contribute to pre-sales, business development, mentoring, and internal capability building within the Design Consulting practice. 

  • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practices. 

  • Prepare and conduct demos, walkthroughs and solution presentations for clients. 

  • Support testing activities, including test preparation, defect analysis and user acceptance testing. 

  • Contribute to training, rollout and change enablement activities. 

  • Support project delivery through clear documentation, structured communication and proactive issue management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or a comparable field.  

  • 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with focus on solution design, business analysis, or customer experience transformation.  

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and ability to design user-centric solutions.  

  • A proactive and motivated working style with a strong sense of ownership. 

  • A willingness to learn, ask questions and continuously improve. 

  • A structured way of working and the ability to make complex topics understandable. 

  • Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and facilitating customer journey / design thinking sessions.  

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business stakeholders.  

  • Fluent in business German and English; experience in one of the following industries is a plus:  Manufacturing, Life Sciences or Retail
