Data Entry Representative - Donor Services Team

OSA Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Data Entry Representative for a client that provides comprehensive services supporting the day-to-day operations of day schools and other institutions across the United States. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Representative to join our Donor Services team. This role plays a critical part in the success of fundraising initiatives and ongoing donor management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, demonstrates strong communication skills, and brings a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and initiative to their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Acutely input data from spreadsheets into multiple internal databases and systems
• Review automated entries to ensure they are complete and error free
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates
• Support team members with one off projects and assignments
• Communicate regularly and professionally with team members
• Ensure all communications are timely, clear, and aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple database platforms quickly
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal (soft) skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Initiative-taker who can anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Proficiency in donor software such as donorperfect.com & Blackbaud eTapestry a plus
• Proficiency in CRMs such as Asana & Neon a plus
