Data Input Specialist

Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Input Specialist to support an important government mission. This is a temporary position anticipated to last up to two (2) years, with the possibility of future opportunities under this announcement.

The Data Input Specialist will provide administrative and case support by:

• Assisting case workers with field interviews and investigations
• Gathering and documenting case-related information
• Supporting collateral contacts and coordination with field case managers and internal staff
• Performing high-volume data entry and maintaining case management databases
• Conducting database and internet research
• Reviewing inactive case files for status updates
• Assisting with quality assurance audits
• Providing general administrative and clerical support
• Performing other duties as assigned

This position is primarily remote. Occasional travel may be required, and work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, may occasionally be necessary to support mission requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in case management, investigations, or law enforcement involving foreign-born populations
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining professionalism and discretion
• High-volume data entry experience in a law enforcement, government, or case management setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when required
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and government suitability requirements, including:

• Background investigation
• Fingerprinting
• Credit review, where applicable
• Completion of the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment (or equivalent required forms)
• Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9)

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Be able to obtain and maintain any required government approvals throughout employment
• If applicable, certify registration with the Selective Service System in accordance with federal law

• Occasional travel may be required
