Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our software transition process. This role involves downloading files and information from an existing platform and accurately uploading and organizing them into a new system. This is a repetitive, process-driven position that requires consistency, focus, and comfort performing similar tasks throughout the day.

Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with basic technical skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Download files and records from the current software platform
Upload and organize files into the new software system
Ensure information is transferred accurately and completely
Follow established processes and training guidelines
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
Identify and report any inconsistencies or upload issues
Maintain productivity and meet project timelines

Requirements

English proficiency: B2 level or above
Basic computer and technical skills
Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods
Organized and dependable work style
Previous administrative, data entry, or system-related experience is a plus but not required.
