Middleware & Integration Support Engineer

Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
Key Skills:
Strong experience in supporting enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration / API Connect / App Connect / MQ or similar integration platforms.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and integration troubleshooting.
Experience monitoring, analyzing, and resolving integration and message flow issues.
Understanding of message queues, asynchronous communication, and enterprise connectivity.
Knowledge of data formats and transformations (JSON, XML).
Experience with Linux/Unix environments, log analysis, and production support activities.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and containerized environments.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and incident/problem management.
Additional Notes:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are mandatory.
Experience supporting mission-critical production systems is preferred.
Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
