Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
Key Skills:
Experience supporting Workflow Management and BPM platforms (BBM, IBM BAW, Camunda, Pega, or equivalent).
Knowledge of BPMN workflows, business process automation, and process orchestration.
Experience troubleshooting workflow failures, task routing issues, and process execution errors.
Understanding of RPA platforms and automation support activities.
Experience with API integrations and backend system connectivity.
Ability to analyze workflow logs and identify root causes of process-related issues.
Familiarity with database queries and application support activities.
Experience handling incidents, service requests, and production monitoring.
Additional Notes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with business users and operational teams.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and production support best practices is preferred.
