Experience Range: 4 to 8 years

Key Skills:

Experience supporting Digital Banking platforms (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, OBDX, or similar solutions).

Strong understanding of digital banking services, customer journeys, and banking operations.

Experience troubleshooting application, transaction, and integration-related issues.

Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend banking systems.

Experience with SQL queries, log analysis, and production issue investigation.

Understanding of application monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security concepts in digital channels.

Experience supporting high-availability production environments and performing root cause analysis.

Additional Notes:

Strong customer-focused mindset and troubleshooting skills.

Banking domain experience is mandatory.

Experience with Oracle Digital Banking Experience (OBDX) is highly preferred.

Ability to support critical incidents and coordinate with multiple technology teams.
