SAP FICO Consultant / SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant (Senior Level)

In this role, you will help shape finance transformation initiatives by turning business needs into effective SAP solutions. This is an opportunity to work closely with business and technical stakeholders, contribute across major implementation and support engagements, and play a key part in delivering reliable, compliant, and scalable finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Conduct business process workshops and participate in blueprinting activities.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, IO, Product Costing, and Material Ledger.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects across design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on developments and enhancements.
• Support UAT, integration testing, and system validation activities.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business users.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting, taxation, banking, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, implementation, or support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and BA, and SAP CO modules, including CCA, PCA, CO-PA, IO, Product Costing, and Material Ledger.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Eligible to work in Egypt.
