OBJETIVO:
Auxiliar na execução das atividades de manutenção de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações, seguindo critérios e procedimentos preestabelecidos, visando à segurança e bem-estar dos clientes, conforme as características da marca de atuação.
ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos, instalações elétricas, hidráulicas, ar-condicionado, refrigeração e sistemas diversos, conforme checklists e plano de manutenção.
- Realizar pequenos reparos, trocas de componentes (lâmpadas, tomadas, reatores, entre outros) e serviços de pintura e limpeza em áreas técnicas.
- Inspecionar áreas internas, estacionamento e garagem, realizando ajustes e consertos necessários.
- Acompanhar o funcionamento de bombas e sistemas de água quente e fria, garantindo o abastecimento contínuo.
- Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e em conformidade com os procedimentos e normas ambientais.
- Registrar e executar ordens de serviço no sistema e organizar documentos de empresas terceirizadas.
Qualificações
Mínimas
- Ensino Fundamental completo
- Conhecimentos básicos em elétrica
Desejáveis
- Ensino Médio completo
- Conhecimentos em hidráulica e/ou mecânica
- Pacote Office básico
- Inglês básico
