Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários e clientes do hotel, orientando sobre a operação de softwares e
hardwares, bem como efetuando as atualizações e manutenções pertinentes, assegurando o perfeito
funcionamento de todos os sistemas informatizados.
• Prestar suporte aos usuários, orientando e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre sistema operacional Windows e
software de gerenciamento hoteleiro, bem como efetuando as atualizações pertinentes, conforme
políticas da Accor.
• Solucionar problemas técnicos referentes ao hardware (computador/ impressoras/ scanners),
detectando defeitos, providenciando os reparos e efetuando os testes pertinentes.
• Zelar pela integridade, manutenção e atualização dos servidores.
Qualificações
Cursando superior em áreas afins partir do 3º período.
