Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Realizar reservas e atender clientes por sistema, e-mail e telefone.
- Recepcionar hóspedes conforme o padrão da marca, prestando informações e suporte.
- Executar check-in e check-out, conferência de documentos, reservas e cumprimento das normas de hospedagem.
- Atuar como elo entre hóspedes e demais áreas do hotel, encaminhando solicitações e resolvendo demandas.
- Controlar disponibilidade de apartamentos e evitar divergências entre reservas e ocupação.
- Efetuar cobranças, emissão de notas fiscais, fechamento e controle de caixa.
- Oferecer programa de fidelidade e atendimento diferenciado a clientes habitués.
- Zelar pela organização da recepção, cumprimento de procedimentos internos e apoio às áreas quando necessário.
Qualificações
Mínimas:
- Ensino Médio;
- Pacote Office;
- Inglês Intermediário.
Desejáveis:
- Superior Hotelaria, Turismo ou compatíveis;
- Conhecimento em Atendimento ao Cliente Atendimento Telefônico;
- Inglês Avançado e Espanhol Intermediário;
- Experiência na área.
