Job Description

  1. Coordinate and participate in the development and revision of annual budgets for supervised units; monitor budget execution, prepare budget performance reports for reporting periods, and participate in the preparation of materials for consideration by the University's governing bodies and authorized state authorities in accordance with established procedures.
  2. Participate in the development and improvement of the University's methodologies and regulatory documentation, as well as provide practical and methodological support to employees of the supervised units on budgeting and economic analysis matters.
  3. Interact with government authorities, University structural units, and other organizations, including participation in meetings related to matters within the competence of the supervised unit.
  4. Optimize and automate budgeting processes within the University.
  5. Participate in the organization, review, and approval of documents submitted for consideration by the University's authorized bodies on matters within the competence of the supervised unit.
  6. Develop analytical materials and presentations for management based on comprehensive economic data analysis to support informed managerial decision-making.
  7. Conduct official correspondence within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
  8. Participation in the review of procurement documents and draft contracts of the supervised units within the framework of assigned powers;
  9. Participate in the identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks within the competence of the supervised unit.

Qualifications

Higher-professional, Bachelor/Specialist in the area of economics / finance / business administration

At least one year with a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/МВА

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, 1C, and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
