AnthroMed Education is a growing community of Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to helping students receive the communication services they deserve while ensuring clinicians feel supported throughout their careers.

We are currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a manageable caseload, collaborative special education teams, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with students who present with a variety of communication needs.

Position Details

  • Location: Easton, Maryland
  • Grade Levels: Kindergarten–8th Grade
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: Approximately 45–50 students
  • Setting: Onsite
  • Services are primarily delivered outside the general education setting
  • Students present with a range of communication needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Language Impairment, Articulation Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Other Health Impairments

The selected SLP will join a collaborative school team supporting students with moderate to significant communication needs while helping them access their educational environment and achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in grades K–8
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and service plans
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, special educators, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support students with a variety of speech, language, and social communication needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with student goals

Compensation

  • Salary range: $59,000–$88,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Ability to work onsite in a school setting

Preferred

  • Prior school-based experience
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Experience supporting students with language, articulation, and social communication disorders
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
