Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – K–8 School-Based Position
Position Details
- Position: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten–8th Grade
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
- Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours per week
- Setting: Onsite
- School Year Dates: August 11, 2026 – June 1, 2027
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations
- Support the implementation of positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes
- Partner with families and school personnel to promote consistency across environments

Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and learning needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000–$85,000
