AnthroMed Education is hiring a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship role in a school setting for the 2026-2027 school year in Hampstead, Maryland. Our structured CF program is designed to help you build confidence, develop strong clinical skills, and successfully transition into a school-based SLP career with the mentorship and support you need every step of the way.
We've supported more than 50 Clinical Fellows, and 100% have successfully earned their CCC-SLP.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Complete speech and language evaluations and contribute to IEP development
- Deliver individual and small-group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
- Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, AAC, fluency, and social communication
- Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing clinical feedback throughout your Clinical Fellowship

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligibility for Maryland SLP licensure prior to the start date
- Interest in working within a school-based setting
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000-$68,000 annually (based on experience)
