Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Therapeutic Day School
Location: Leominster, MA
School Setting: Therapeutic Day School
Student Population: Ages 3–22
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school in Leominster, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities while receiving support from an experienced team of clinicians.

Caseload & Responsibilities
-
Provide speech and language services to students ages 3–22
-
Support students with a variety of diagnoses, including:
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
Down Syndrome
-
Genetic disorders and other developmental disabilities

Deliver therapy focused on:
-
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
-
Assistive technology
-
Language-based intervention
-
Functional communication development
-
-
Caseloads are typically organized by classroom

SLPs generally support 3–4 classrooms

Each classroom contains approximately 4–8 students

Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families

Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
Required Qualifications

Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology licensure requirements (Mass.gov)

DESE certification/licensure
Compensation
$64,000 – $80,000 annual salary (based on experience)
