We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant (Band 8) to join our dynamic team. This senior-level role involves leading complex SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) projects, providing strategic insights, and guiding client engagements to successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. As a Senior Consultant, you will drive best practices, oversee solution design, and mentor junior team members to ensure delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Analyze complex business processes and financial requirements to design customized SAP solutions.
• Guide configuration, testing, and integration activities across FI and CO modules.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on SAP FICO functionalities and enhancements.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Stay current with SAP best practices, updates, and industry trends to inform solution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO consulting roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong experience leading SAP FICO projects and mentoring team members.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams and client stakeholders.
• Relevant SAP certifications in FICO modules are highly desirable.
• Nationality: Saudi Arabian - this is a mandatory requirement.
