We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FI Consultant (Band 8) to join our expert team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading SAP Financial Accounting (FI) projects and providing strategic advisory services to optimize financial processes and reporting for our clients.
The role demands an in-depth understanding of SAP FI functionalities, with demonstrated experience in full-cycle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and support. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure SAP FI solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Analyze client financial accounting processes to design efficient SAP FI solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI modules according to business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on integration points between SAP FI and other modules/systems.
- Oversee testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance tests.
- Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on SAP FI functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP FI best practices, updates, and industry developments.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of extensive experience in SAP FI consulting, with proven track record in full-cycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration, financial accounting processes, and reporting.
- Experience in integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules (e.g., CO, MM, SD).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Relevant SAP FI certifications preferred.
- Nationality: Saudi Arabian - this is a compulsory requirement.
