About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support preschool students in a collaborative and growing school district in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.
This district is known for its strong support systems, collaborative culture, and commitment to helping both students and clinicians succeed. Due to continued growth within the community, the district has expanded its preschool programming and is seeking dedicated SLPs to support young learners with a variety of communication needs.

Location: Odessa, DE
Grade Level: Preschool (Ages 3–5)
School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 15, 2027
Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
Work Setting: Onsite
Position Overview
AnthroMed is hiring for two Preschool SLP openings:
- Autism Program: Supporting preschool students with Autism and related communication needs
- Inclusion Program: Supporting preschool students in inclusive early childhood classrooms
Both positions offer manageable caseloads of approximately 30 students and provide opportunities to collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families.
Some travel between preschool sites may be required.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Support students with a wide range of speech, language, social communication, AAC, and behavioral needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and families
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Help create engaging, developmentally appropriate communication supports for young learners
Caseload Details
- Approximately 30 students per clinician
- Preschool students ages 3–5
- Autism-focused and Inclusion-focused caseload options available
- Shared office space provided

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with preschool, early childhood, or Autism populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite throughout the school year
