Job Description
Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager, the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives.
- Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality.
- Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.
Qualifications
To be success in this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong client - centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding luxury experience.
- 3 + years experience in CRM department.
- very good excell skils
- Salesforce program knowledge
- Working experience in sales/commercial/ retail more that 2 years.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are mandatory.
- Ability to handle a complex, multifaced role under preassure.
