ABA Placement Coordinator

Outsourcing Advantage is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented ABA Placement Coordinator to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for coordinating the placement of behavior technicians to provide appropriate ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy services to clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure that clients are matched with qualified therapists who can meet their individual needs effectively. This is an entry-level role with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, scheduling requirements and preferences to facilitate effective therapist placements within our ABA services.
• Coordinate communications between clients, families, and therapists to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support.
• Track and monitor placement progress and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the placement process.
• Managing multiple placements and ensuring a smooth process.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Strong organizational skills, muti tasking with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
• Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
