About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the contract through overall life-cycle management with overall responsibility for the execution and management of the maintenance services contract at MCAS Beaufort.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provides cradle to grave oversight, direction, and management of the contract.
  • Develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Oversees all financial activities including managing project profitability and loss control to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Provides oversight of contract modification and negotiation.
  • Works closely with supervisors and lead technical personnel to properly understand customer requirements and successfully initiate/complete projects.
  • Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities in achieving and supporting the contract.
  • Sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company and customers plans, mission, and vision.
  • Ensures contract performance adhering to company and government processes, regulations, and statutes promoting quality control, innovation, and safety adherence.
  • Conducts program status reviews, internal staff meetings, business development, customer interface, and other business functions.
  • Leads the workforce in implementing partnering with customers to continuously improve performance and business relations.
  • Serves as principal liaison between the company and government stakeholders on the contract.
  • Directs and approves contract modifications, approves budgets, and takes action to correct discrepant conditions.
  • Maintains working knowledge of requisite business systems as they relate to the contract, including ability to implement future programs.
  • Provides guidance and direction to finance and accounting, human resources, training, IT, and procurement.
  • Conducts briefings and participates in meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein but which are logically and properly inherent to the position, to include business development.
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment/tools are properly functioning and maintained.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have at least five years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
  • Possess a recognized four-year college degree in engineering, business management, or related field preferred.
  • Must possess a knowledge of codes and standards applicable to maintenance services associated with the contract.
  • Must possess analytical abilities necessary to manage complex administrative, organizational, and contract matters.
  • Must be capable of obtaining, and shall be responsible to use, a government-issued common access card (CAC).
  • Must have availability to be onsite during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and around various hazards with appropriate PPE.
US Pay Range
$120,000$120,000 USD
