Client Intake Coordinator - ABA Services

Outsourcing Advantage is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Agent for a ABA Provider. to serve as the first point of contact for new clients and families. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys connecting with people, maintaining organization, and managing information efficiently through our CRM system

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial intake calls with prospective clients and families in a professional and empathetic manner
• Gathering and accurately documenting client information in the CRM system
• Clearly explaining services, intake processes, and next steps to clients
• Coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely completion of required documentation
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth onboarding
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing role handling inbound or outbound calls, such as intake, customer service, front desk, or call center
• Experience performing high-volume data entry and maintaining accurate client records
• Proficiency using CRM or client management systems and custom EMR/ABA platforms for intake documentation
• Experience conducting intake or onboarding conversations with clients and families, including explaining processes and next steps
• Native Spanish proficiency
• Business-fluent English proficiency
• Ability to provide a brief voice note introducing yourself in English
• Authorization to work in the Dominican Republic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA services intake
