Endoluminal Program Director (Endoluminal Clinical Sales Director)
Primary Function of Position
The Endoluminal Program Director (EPD) is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving the growth, scalability, and performance of the Ion business across the Europe Direct Region. This role plays a critical part in building, developing, and leading a high-performing Endoluminal Clinical Sales organization while fostering strong customer partnerships and advancing programmatic excellence throughout the installed base.
Reporting to the VP Endoluminal Market Development and Commercialization Europe, the EPD is accountable for recruiting, coaching, and developing talent, establishing and strengthening relationships with key opinion leaders and executive stakeholders, and ensuring consistent execution of commercial strategies that drive procedural growth and customer success. Success in this role requires strong leadership, performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale best practices across diverse markets.
As a strategic business leader, the EPD must anticipate evolving business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and effectively align resources to achieve organizational objectives. The role also requires a demonstrated ability to deliver accurate forecasting, drive operational rigor, and cultivate a culture aligned with Intuitive’s mission, values, and commitment to customer excellence.

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
