About this role

Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing PBC team in Bristol. This role will involve managing a range of projects across sectors, delivering best-in-class outcomes for our clients while contributing positively to our team culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is actively working towards (or recently achieved) chartership and is driven to progress their career in a supportive yet high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
  • Prepare and manage project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Support business development activities and contribute to client growth
  • Promote Colliers’ values and collaborative culture in all interactions

Qualifications

About You

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a Project Management role within construction or real estate consultancy
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Construction, Real Estate, Engineering)
  • Working towards or recently achieved RICS
