Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The primary focus of this position is the execution of electrical design and development tasks, taking into account functional, manufacturing, and economic requirements. You will work closely with the mechanical design department to develop integrated electromechanical solutions.

    Core Tasks:

    1. Design and Development (Electrical Engineering):

  • Development of electrical solutions within the framework of given concepts.
  • Design and development of circuit layouts, sensor interfaces, and electrical components.
  • Creation and review of circuit diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation for electrical systems.
  • Selection and specification of electrical components based on economic criteria.
  • 2. Customer Order Processing:

  • Adaptation and configuration of electrical systems according to customer-specific requirements and functional specifications.
  • Creation of electrical engineering documentation.
  • Coordination of technical specifications in close alignment with customer requirements.
  • 3. Further Development and Optimization:

  • Analysis and evaluation of existing products and programs to optimize electrical systems.
  • Execution of functional tests, trials, and measurements on electrical components.
  • Reviewing existing designs for specific requirements and defining optimization solutions.
  • Technical documentation and maintenance of technical lists.
  • 4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

  • Close cooperation with mechanical engineers to coordinate interfaces between mechanics and electrical engineering (mechatronics).
  • Coordination with national and international departments within the group.
  • 5. Calculations and Analysis:

  • Performance of electrical engineering calculations (e.g., load calculations, component dimensioning).
  • Evaluation of results and adjustment of design solutions.

Requirements – Education:

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in electrical design or plant engineering is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical design principles (readiness for close interdisciplinary collaboration).

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Proficient in the use of common CAD and CAE systems.
  • Good command of written and spoken English due to the international corporate structure.

Entwicklungsingenieur Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)

Aufgabenbereich:

Der Aufgabenschwerpunkt liegt in der Bearbeitung von elektrotechnischen Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsaufgaben unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, fertigungstechnischer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit der mechanischen Konstruktionsabteilung zusammen, um integrierte elektromechanische Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Kernaufgaben:

1. Konstruktion und Entwicklung (Elektrotechnik):

Erarbeitung von elektrotechnischen Lösungen im Rahmen vorgegebener Konzepte.

Konstruktive Bearbeitung von Schaltungsentwürfen, Sensorik-Anbindungen und elektrischen Komponenten.

Erstellung und Kontrolle von Schaltplänen, Stücklisten und technischen Unterlagen für elektrotechnische Systeme.

Auswahl und Spezifikation elektrischer Bauteile unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten.

2. Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen:

Anpassung und Auslegung elektrischer Systeme gemäß kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Funktionsvorgaben.

Erstellung von elektrotechnischen Dokumentationen.

Koordination technischer Spezifikationen in enger Abstimmung mit den Kundenanforderungen.

3. Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung:

Analyse und Auswertung vorhandener Erzeugnisse und Programme zur Optimierung der elektrischen Systeme.

Durchführung von Funktionstests, Erprobungen und Messungen an elektrotechnischen Komponenten.

Prüfung bestehender Konstruktionen auf besondere Anforderungen und Konkretisierung von Optimierungslösungen.

Technische Dokumentation und Pflege technischer Listen.

4. Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Maschinenbau-Ingenieur zur Abstimmung von Schnittstellen zwischen Mechanik und Elektrotechnik (Mechatronik).

Koordination mit nationalen und internationalen Abteilungen innerhalb des Konzerns.

5. Berechnungen und Analysen:

Durchführung elektrotechnischer Berechnungen (z. B. Lastberechnungen, Dimensionierung von Komponenten).

Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Anpassung der konstruktiven Lösungen.
