Job Description Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Lead Sourcing Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our regional supply chain operations, ensuring seamless fulfillment and vendor performance.

You will own the health of our vendor base, drive capacity initiatives, and serve as the critical manager for high-priority (P3) escalations. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a background in purchasing and sourcing, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (What you will do):

Vendor Base Management & Performance

  • Performance Ownership: Lead weekly and bi-weekly SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) calls with a broad portfolio of top and medium-tier vendors to review On-Time Delivery metrics, backlogs, stockouts, and capacity improvement to fulfill our emerging demand.

  • Backorder & Stockout Management: Own the end-to-end management of backorders and stockouts. This includes data analysis, reporting, vendor expediting, and system (PO) updates.

  • Action Tracking: Maintain disciplined follow-up on agreed action points, ensuring rigorous documentation and accountability.

  • Capacity Initiatives: Support Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and actively participate in vendor capacity strategy discussions.

  • VMI Oversight: Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, ensuring alignment with internal teams and accurate data maintenance.

Regional Fulfillment & Escalation Management

  • Escalation Manager: Serve as the central point of contact for P3 (top) escalations. You will oversee the outage schedule, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and utilize predictive analytics to identify potential risks before they impact the business.

  • Cross-Functional Governance: Foster strong relationships across regions, participating in "War Room" calls and ensuring smooth coordination between Procurement, Order Management, and regional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications (What you will bring):

  • Experience: Significant experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Analytical Agility: Proficiency in tracking tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar). Ability to turn raw data into actionable supply chain insights.

  • Communication: Proven track record of managing external vendor relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving: A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Systems Acumen: Experience with ERP systems or material management tools (e.g., Buyer DM, S360)

  • English knowledge is a must: Strong oral and written communication skills. Second language is an advantage.
