The Schedule: Stable, full-time 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Skip the rush hour traffic!
The Starting Line: Base pay starts at $21.53/hr—plus an extra $1.00/hr shift differential, bringing your total starting pay to $22.53/hr.
The Growth Path: We reward hard work! You’ll receive performance-based pay increases throughout your first year, with the potential to reach a max of $25.66/hr.
What You'll Do!
Maintain the Floor - The Dirty Work!
- Industrial Floor Care: Expertly operate floor sweepers and perform regular manual mopping and sweeping to keep high-traffic areas spotless.
- In-Depth Cleaning: Conduct deep-cleaning of shop equipment and workstations to prevent buildup of dust, grease, and debris.
- Hazard Control: Immediately address floor concerns like water, oil, or coolant spills to ensure a 100% slip-free environment.
- Waste Management: Manage the trash compactor and ensure all containment vessels are emptied and sanitized daily.
- Keep Things Moving: Operate forklifts and move product safely if needed.
- Hazards: Identify and address floor concerns (oil, water, coolant) immediately to prevent accidents.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and work instructions.
Own the Space-Taking Pride in a Safe Work Environment!
- Complete Accountability: You are the final line of defense for facility safety. You don’t just "see" a mess; you own the solution until the area is clear and safe.
- Daily Ownership: Take full responsibility for the cleanliness of the floor, equipment, and trash stations. If a visitor walks in, the shop’s appearance is a reflection of your hard work.
- Proactive Safety: Don’t wait for an instruction—spot hazards like oil spills or blocked walkways and fix them immediately.
- Reliability: Our team depends on you to ensure the machinery and floor are ready for production.
Support the Maintenance Department!
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) Support: Proactively assist the Maintenance Team with routine PM tasks, including cleaning machinery components, lubrication, and basic tool-handing to extend equipment life.
- Project Assistance: Act as a reliable "second set of hands" for larger facility repairs, equipment installs, or shop improvements.
- Tool & Part Management: Ensure all maintenance tools and parts are cleaned, organized, and returned to their proper place after a job is completed.

- Experience: 0–1 year of shop or maintenance exposure (we’re looking for potential over a long resume!).
- Hands-On Ready: You’re comfortable picking up a wrench or a screwdriver and know your way around a basic toolbox.
