Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working with financial data, reconciliations, and bookkeeping processes? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support our partner’s accounting operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial transactions while contributing to the business's overall success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone analytical, highly organized, and eager to grow their accounting career in a collaborative, remote environment.

  • Accounting Expertise: Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process vendor invoices, match POs, and issue timely payments for both companies

  • Prepare and send client invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances

  • Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly

Retail Bookkeeping & POS Integration

  • Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and inventory from the retail POS system

  • Track retail inventory costs and variances in coordination with the store manager

  • Manage payment processor reports and cash handling reports from retail

Data Entry & Bookkeeping

  • Record transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online and our CRM software

  • Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly bank/credit reconciliations

  • Support month-end close and financial audits

Financial Reporting & Forecasting

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance across both businesses

  • Generate and maintain financial reports to support leadership decisions

  • Analyze financial data for trends and recommend insights

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Experience: 3-5 years of Bookkeeping experience

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours 

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online.

    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. 

    • Experience working with the Canada Revenue Agency.

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 50,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
