The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Support Specialist  will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to assist professional property managers utilizing short-term rental market intelligence platforms. This role focuses on providing customer support, data analysis assistance, and platform guidance related to vacation rental performance, competitive benchmarking, and market analytics across major booking channels such as Airbnb and VRBO.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Customer Support & Account Assistance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers using the platform.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Assist users in navigating dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary.

  • Provide onboarding support and training to new clients.

Property Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity across Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental platforms.

  • Provide recommendations based on available analytics and benchmarking data.

  • Assist property managers in tracking portfolio performance and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Support revenue management initiatives through data-driven insights.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation.

  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feature requests.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience.

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, training materials, and support resources.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Property Management, Vacation Rentals, Hospitality, Revenue Management, or Data Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.

  • Experience interpreting performance metrics and market data.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English

  • Technical Skills:

  • Experience working with short-term rental analytics platforms.

  • Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies.

  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers.

  • Experience supporting professional property managers or hospitality operators.

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: Php 40,000

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
